My after workout shake:
1 scoop of Vanilla Warrior Blend Protein Powder
8oz of Water
1/4 Cup of So Delicious Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Cup of frozen Berries
Stick it all in a blender and blend. I use a bullet blender cause then my smoothie is already in a drinking ready glass.
